Acceptance of Commission - Do not send payment unless I have officially accepted your commission.

Right to Refuse - I reserve the right to refuse any commission I am uncomfortable drawing.

No Refunds - Refunds are unavailable unless I am unable to complete the commission.

No NFTs or AI Use - Using my art as NFTs or with AI tools is strictly prohibited.

No Claiming Ownership - Do not claim my art as your own.

Payment - Payment is required upfront. You receive unlimited revisions on your piece.

Rush Orders - Rush orders incur a minimum $30 fee, depending on the piece’s complexity.

Commercial Use - Commercial use of my art requires prior permission and an additional fee.

File Responsibility - Please download and save any files I send you. If lost, it is not my responsibility, though I will try to keep backups.

Intellectual Property - I retain copyright and intellectual property rights unless a separate agreement is made. You are purchasing the artwork, not the rights to it.

Reposting - You may repost the artwork if you provide credit (e.g., tagging or linking my profile). Do not alter the art without permission.

Updates & Revisions - I will provide progress updates at key stages (e.g., sketch, line art, coloring). Major revisions should be requested early; late-stage changes may incur fees.

Communication Etiquette - Please communicate respectfully. I reserve the right to refuse service if I feel uncomfortable or disrespected.

Estimated Delivery - I will provide an estimated delivery date. This may change, and I will inform you of any delays. Rush fees may apply for faster completion.

Third-Party Use - You may not resell, redistribute, or share my work with third parties. This includes giving the work to others for commercial use without permission.

Private Commissions - Let me know if you’d like your commission to remain private and not shared in my portfolio or social media. If you do not clarify, I will by default assume I have permission to do so.

Cancellation - If a commission is started and you want to cancel, I do not offer refunds. Please be sure you want to commission me before paying.

Chargebacks - Unauthorized chargebacks will result in blacklisting from future commissions. Please discuss any issues with me directly.

File Format - Final files will be delivered as high-resolution PNG. Additional file types (e.g., PSD) may be available upon request.

Commercial Licensing - Commercial use (e.g., for merchandise or publications) requires a commercial license, which carries an additional fee based on usage.

Liability - I am not responsible for any misuse or unauthorized commercial use of the artwork after delivery.
